About Us

Liquid Art is an expression of craftsmanship. Roy Pitz Brewmasters, with the use of barley, hops, yeast and our Chambersburg water as their blank canvas, skillfully create a balanced piece of art in liquid form. As craftsmen, our Brewmasters immerse themselves into the selection of the finest raw ingredients, artfully adding a pinch of this and a pound of that, to create a product that reflects both their skill and imagination. Our product is passionately and artfully created both in and on the bottle. 

Roy-Pitz Brewing Company 's mission is to share a philosophy of a passionate fulfilling life, through the art of crafting quality beers, hard work, and the employment of good people. 

The building where the brewery is located was built in the early 1900′s. It is located on North Third Street within two blocks of the historic square and Franklin County Courthouse in Chambersburg. A three-story,industrial all-brick building consists of 20,000 sq. ft in total area. The brewery is currently located in the basement and is 6,000 sq. ft. of classic brick and old pine timber, which has been restored to its original look and texture.

The brewery consist of a custom built 20 BBL Steam and solar heated brew-house, 20 BBL Fermentation and Conditioning Tanks, and one 10 BBL Fermentation tank for our specialty "Lost Recipes" beer line. All our beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized for maximum flavor.
