About Us

Now in its 20th year of operation, Pyramid Construction Services Inc., has staked its reputation on superior customer service, quality construction and community involvement in the Central Pennsylvania marketplace.

“Our business model is based on establishing, cultivating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with its customers,” said Ralph S. Klinepeter Jr., the company’s founder and president.

Every Pyramid employee embraces this “customer first” philosophy, from promptly returning telephone and email messages to servicing items beyond the customary warranty period.

Pyramid provides a wide range of construction services to its loyal customer base. To help support its growth in the region, Pyramid became a wholly owned subsidiary of Quandel Enterprises in 2004. Today, with its main headquarters located in Wormleysburg since 2010, and a branch office in Hershey that opened in 2013, Pyramid consistently performs over 400 projects a year, with revenue averaging $50 million annually.

Pyramid’s experience in a variety of market segments, including, but not limited to, health care institutions, medical offices, commercial offices, retail and nonprofit organizations, plays an integral part in the well-being of the local community. That includes regional fixtures such as the Hershey Medical Center Pediatric Emergency Department, PinnacleHealth West Shore Cancer Center, Holy Spirit Hospital Urgent Care, Bethesda Mission, Heritage Medical Center and the Hershey Volunteer Fire Station.

Above all, the key to Pyramid’s success lies with its valued employees. Starting out with just a handful of employees in 1997, the company now employs a total of 65 construction professionals, two-thirds of which are stationed on various jobsites in Central Pennsylvania.

Klinepeter is equally proud of his employees’ compassion for giving back to the community as he is of the firm’s construction expertise. For example, Pyramid employees prepare dinners every month at the Ronald McDonald House and participate in numerous charitable events throughout the year.

Pyramid looks forward to its next 20 years of operations. The company is steadfast in its commitment of preparing the next generation of construction professionals, thus perpetuating the Pyramid tradition of customer service, quality construction and giving back to the community it serves.
