About Us

Jordan Webster is a litigator with experience in a wide variety of commercial disputes. Although much of Jordan’s practice involves representing clients in the construction industry, Jordan also has considerable experience in trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, oil and gas disputes, claims arising under the Lanham Act, litigation governed by the Uniform Commercial Code, shareholder disputes and other business litigation. Jordan is an accomplished trial attorney with trial experience in state and federal courts, bench and jury trials, preliminary injunction hearings and private arbitrations.

How Jordan Helps Clients

Jordan advises his construction industry clients – which include owners, design professionals, contractors and subcontractors – at all stages of a construction project, from contract negotiation to project management to dispute resolution and, if necessary, litigation. Jordan helps his clients to achieve quick, practical solutions where possible, but takes steps to ensure that his clients are properly prepared for litigation if a resolution cannot be reached. Jordan has handled disputes for construction industry clients involving alleged design defects, professional negligence, delay and disruption claims, unforeseen conditions, property damage and catastrophic injury.

Jordan’s clients can expect that he will develop a deep understanding of their business, work with them to formulate strategies that achieve their objectives, and communicate with them promptly and directly.

Jordan was honored by his peers and selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars from 2013 through 2017.

Jordan also represents the Firm as an associate member of the Brewers of Pennsylvania, an industry group that serves and supports the brewing industry in Pennsylvania.

While in law school, Jordan served as the senior articles editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and was also a teaching assistant in the Legal Writing Program. He was awarded the William H. Eckert Prize, given to the student who, in the judgment of the faculty, has written the most outstanding paper by a third-year student for the J.D. Legal Writing Requirement. Jordan was also awarded two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Writing and Corporate Taxation.
